Production Team Leader

Domino's currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Production Team Leader.

Responsibilities include: Supervise and coordinate activities of team members engaged preparing onions and peppers for packaging.  Assign job tasks according to production schedules. Train new team members in job duties. Ensure team members are working safe and following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or GED, college preferred
• 5+ years of previous food, production or manufacturing line experience
• Proven ability to develop and lead team members in meeting goals and objectives
• 5-6 years of demonstrated supervisory experience
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and decision making skills
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Advanced knowledge of MicroSoft Office software
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoor and outdoor
