Thanks and Giving has become a holiday tradition since it began in 2004, officially launching Thanksgiving week and continuing through the holiday season. It is an unprecedented coming-together of celebrities, media, retail and corporate partners that asks consumers to "Give thanks for the healthy kids in your life, and give to those who are not."
During the 2010 campaign, we raised over $2.7 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Funds raised support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. St. Jude has treated patients from all 50 states and around the world. Customers are asked to help by shopping at retail partners - identified by the green St. Jude Thanks and Giving magnifying glass logo - where they can add a donation at check-out or purchase specialty items.
